After a filling asado, we were treated to a presentation of how the huasos (Chilean cowboys) used dogs to round up the sheep.
Then we had a demonstration of how the sheep were run through and dunked in a trough to clean the wool.
Then a demonstration on how sheep used to be sheared with hand clippers.
